Position: Culinary Interns
Work in a team to ensure proper preparation and execution of menu items. This is a job rotation internship. All students will be able to experience working in the catering kitchens, restaurant kitchens, the bakery, and on off premise events. Students will be able to choose which field they prefer and focus on that for the remainder of the internship. This is a paid internship that is available in both the summer and fall at all of our locations.
Position: FOH Interns
This is a job rotation internship. All students will go through our corporate training and work up to banquet captains and banquet managers. We start all interns off as bussers and let them work their way up quickly. This allows individuals to gain more knowledge about all aspects of FOH work and management. This is a paid internship that is available in both the summer and the fall at all of our locations.
