Entry level position that focuses on successfully accomplishing the daily objectives in the kitchen. Assist in preparation to produce attractive, quality food in a timely manner. Follows all guidelines set down in training. This position contributes to ensuring guest and associate satisfaction.
- Complete knowledge of Cafe's food preparation
- Act as a cashier during shifts
- Able to interact with guests and employees in a friendly, fast manner
- Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of area
- Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
- All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction
- Always try to exceed our guests expectations
- Report to work at the time of scheduled shift, ready to work in complete clean uniform
- Correctly prepares and executes presentation of menu items
- Maintains clean and sanitary working environment.
- Prior restaurant or deli experience
- Able to walk and stand for the entire shift
- Exceptional guest relation skills
- Prior cashier experience
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Multi-task oriented
- Must pass a drug test and background check
