Position: Line Cook

Position Type: Full Time & Part Time positions Available

Job Purpose:

The Line Cooks job is to prep and maintain stations that include grill, sauté, appetizers, salads and side stations.

Job Duties 

  1. Butchering of meat
  2. Cleaning of fish
  3. Prepping vegetables
  4. Prepping sauces


Skills/Qualifications

  • Good knife skills
  • Basic culinary knowledge
  • Ability to work on a fast paced line
  • Must have line experience
