Job Purpose: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc.

Job Duties:

  1. Using a dish machine and manual cleaning methods.
  2. Ensuring the dishwashing, dock, and kitchen areas are maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility.
  3. Remove trash and garbage to dumpster.
  4. Lift and empty trash cans weighing up to 150 pounds, with assistance, as needed per shift
  5. Sweep and mop floors.

Job Requirements

  1. Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting.
  2. Walk and stand the entire shift.
  3. Excellent verbal communication skills.
  4. Multi-task oriented.
  5. Ability to lift 35 pounds unassisted.
  6. Work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  7. Navigation of stairs on a continual basis.
