Job Purpose:

The Line Cooks job is to prep
and maintain stations that include grill, sauté, appetizers, salads and side
stations.




Job Duties 


  • Butchering of meat

  • Cleaning of fish

  • Prepping vegetables

  • Prepping sauces



Skills/Qualifications

 


  • Good knife skills

  • Basic culinary knowledge

  • Ability to work on a fast paced line

  • Must have line experience
